Salary: £27,000.00 per annum + Company car

Location: The biggest area of our feed business is in the South West of England, with mills in Somerset, Dorset and Devon, and you will be spending time in each of these areas.

Contract Type: Permanent

Contracted Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Scheme Length: 15 months

We have a great opportunity to help shape the future of our Agri Feeds business. This 15-month graduate scheme is designed to fast-track your development, giving you earlier access to meaningful roles and responsibilities.

About You:

• A degree graduate / HNC / HND in rural / land-based discipline or equivalent practical experience
• UK driving licence
• Good understanding of UK agriculture and terminology
• A determined, confident, and competitive individual with personal ambition
• An outgoing, inquisitive and eager to learn
• Ability to quickly build business relationships
• Intelligent, practical, and able to understand and absorb information

What you will be doing on the Graduate Scheme…

You will be immersed in both technical and personal development throughout the programme, following a modular approach that allows you to experience different areas of our business. This will help you build your network and relationships, business awareness and technical capabilities.

You’ll be supported and provided with opportunities to help you thrive, allowing you to work on and create innovative and impactful solutions to an exciting and dynamic industry. We believe agriculture has an exciting future for those individuals who are passionate about farming and want to make a difference. You will have a real opportunity to help shape the future of the industry and our business, with the scheme acting as a gateway to a wide variety of roles and future career paths.

You will follow a tailored training plan designed to build your commercial and technical experience in our Agri Feeds business and have access to a suite of personal development resources and workshops.

Mole Valley Feed Solutions is the largest, farmer-owned, independent feed manufacturer in the UK offering an extensive range of products and services.
