What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be trained and supported to:

Welcome clients and visitors to the branch

Register new applicants and match them to suitable rental properties

Assist with marketing including social media posts and property listings

Help prepare and process tenancy paperwork and compliance documentation

Support the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day office duties

Learn the full lettings journey from enquiry to move-in

Skills & Experience:

Confident verbal and written communication

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Highly organised with attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Personal Qualities:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable, punctual, and proactive

Professional appearance and manner

A genuine interest in the property sector

Entry Requirements:

There are no specific qualification requirements, but GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C /4 or equivalent) would be beneficial.
