Job Description

We’re passionate about person-centred care and committed to supporting our clients to live well and independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We are now seeking a caring, motivated, and organised Client Welfare Lead to join our friendly team.

In this role, you’ll help clients feel valued, supported, and respected. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients, their families, and Care Professionals, ensuring that care is delivered with dignity, warmth, and compassion.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.

  • Welcoming and supporting clients, including after hospital discharges, to ensure smooth, personalised care.

  • Keeping care plans up to date so they reflect each client’s unique needs and preferences.

  • Conducting regular service reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards of person-centered care.

  • Auditing activity logs and MAR charts to ensure accurate, safe, and effective care.

  • Working closely with our Care and Quality Assurance Managers to deliver outstanding care consistently.

  • Being part of an on-call rotation, including occasional weekends, to respond flexibly to clients’ needs.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
  • Experience providing care and managing medication records (MARs).
  • Compassionate, patient, empathetic, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.
  • Emotionally resilient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering safe, personalised care with dignity.
  • Confident using IT systems and care management software.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Additional Information

Essential Criteria

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
  • Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication.
  • Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Must be confident to use care management technology including providing support and training to Care Professionals.
  • Must understand the importance of confidentiality working within current legislation.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms with the aptitude to learn and adopt new technologies and software where appropriate.
  • Must have full driving license and means of transport if required within the territory to visit clients.
  • Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
