We’re passionate about person-centred care and committed to supporting our clients to live well and independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We are now seeking a caring, motivated, and organised Client Welfare Lead to join our friendly team.
In this role, you’ll help clients feel valued, supported, and respected. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients, their families, and Care Professionals, ensuring that care is delivered with dignity, warmth, and compassion.
What You'll Be Doing
Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Welcoming and supporting clients, including after hospital discharges, to ensure smooth, personalised care.
Keeping care plans up to date so they reflect each client’s unique needs and preferences.
Conducting regular service reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards of person-centered care.
Auditing activity logs and MAR charts to ensure accurate, safe, and effective care.
Working closely with our Care and Quality Assurance Managers to deliver outstanding care consistently.
Being part of an on-call rotation, including occasional weekends, to respond flexibly to clients’ needs.
