Our customer support team is looking for an additional Customer Support Coordinator to join us in our Tiverton branch in Devon
A job that matters: Your Tasks
Our Customer Support Coordinators deal with all of the internal and external customer enquiries with regards to parts and components that are required to install and repair our systems. The role involves taking orders for parts and technical systems either via email or over the phone, so attention to detail and accuracy is key to making sure our customers are kept happy. You could be dealing with orders that come from 3rd party businesses using dormakaba products or even our own external sales team, as well as dealing with customer credit enquiries, stock queries and various other elements relating to our products.
We need someone who can keep up to date with dormakaba’s latest innovations and products, so we are looking for someone with technical aptitude, natural curiosity, and an interest in what we do as a business.
Lastly, we need someone who is happy to deliver the best internal sales support to each and every customer, so we become the supplier of choice to every client, whoever they are and whatever they need,
