Why Work With Us

In addition, there are weekly Diabetes and Endocrinology MDT meetings and Junior Doctor teaching which you would be expected to attend and contribute to. Although this is not a training post it should be possible for an enthusiastic doctor to map their experiences to many of the core curriculum programme competences as all aspects of the syllabus are relevant to this attachment. We encourage our doctors to involve themselves in audit and research. You would be expected to make yourself familiar with the processes of the audit cycle and to assess the role of audit in clinical governance and in improving patient care.
