We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Systems & Reporting Assistant to join our team based in Exeter. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
About the role
As a key member of our finance team, you’ll use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to:
- Support and Enhance Reporting Systems Maintain and develop robust financial reporting systems that align with evolving business needs.
· Drive System Improvements Identify, design, and implement enhancements that streamline finance processes, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable cost savings.
· Collaborate with Stakeholders Work closely with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
· Evaluate and Recommend Solutions Continuously assess tools and approaches to improve system performance and reporting capabilities.
· Deliver Timely Insights Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests with speed and accuracy, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
