Fitness & Lettings Officer (South West)

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the sports, leisure, and community lettings industry?

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Lettings & Fitness Officer to join our team at the Paignton Academy Borough Road site. While the on-site gym is not currently open to the public, the primary focus of this role will be on managing and supporting the lettings programme – ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, liaising with community groups and hirers, and providing a welcoming front-of-house presence during opening hours.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in facility operations and customer service. Although a fitness qualification (such as Level 2 Gym Instructor) is not essential, it would be advantageous, particularly as we look to expand our fitness offering at the site in the future. This role would suit someone excited about being part of that development journey and shaping future services.

You’ll need to be flexible with working hours, including a mix of evenings and weekends, and confident in handling a variety of tasks - from preparing spaces for bookings to being a key contact for external users.
