Responsibilities
Leading the Plymouth-based installation and service teams to achieve operational targets
Overseeing project planning and delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Acting as the main point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns
Collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to align operations with business objectives
Managing resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control across installation and service functions
Qualifications
Proven leadership within the
fire and security
or related
technical service
sectors
Experience managing both installation projects and service teams
Strong project and people management skills with a detail-oriented approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and performance improvement
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Devon and Cornwall
