Overview Rockfish is opening in Sidmouth!

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a

General Manager

to lead the opening team at our beautiful new Rockfish restaurant in the stunning coastal town of

Sidmouth . Training starts now, in advance of the new opening, hosted at one of our other Rockfish restaurants – therefore own travel is essential.

Rockfish, led by Mitch Tonks, founder and CEO, is a unique seafood business that catches, processes and serves local seafood at 11 restaurants (soon to be more) across Devon and Dorset. Mitch is one of the leading and most credible voices in seafood in the UK.

Responsibilities

Have demonstrable experience at Assistant Manager or General Manager level

Love people, great seafood, and the coast as much as we do

Lead with passion, integrity, and true hospitality

Understand how to run a smooth, successful business

Lead and support a passionate, committed, high-performance team in delivering unforgettable guest experiences

Drive business performance with a focus on people development, excellent service, and sustainability

Champion sustainability and support our mission to serve only the most responsibly sourced seafood – creating memorable moments for every guest
