Whether you're between jobs, semi-retired, or simply looking for a flexible way to support others locally, Home Instead West Exeter and Teignbridge has an opportunity that fits around you.

We’re looking for part-time team members in and around Okehampton to provide one-to-one, home-based support to older adults in your community. You choose the hours – mornings, evenings, weekends – we’ll work around your life.

No experience needed – just empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to help.

The role includes:

• Helping people with everyday tasks

• Offering reassurance and practical support at home

• Building meaningful relationships

• Preparing simple meals and assisting with routines

• Personal care support (with full training)
