We are currently recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-established 50-bed hotel in Torquay. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled Head Pastry Chef, developing your craft in a supportive and professional environment.
Full-time position within a busy hotel kitchen
Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to prepare and present high-quality desserts and baked goods
Opportunity to contribute ideas for menus and seasonal offerings
Maintain high standards of hygiene, stock control, and kitchen organisation
Previous experience in a similar role (pastry background essential)
Passion for patisserie and attention to detail
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to work well within a team
Hourly pay between £13.00 - £14.50, depending on experience
