We are currently recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-established 50-bed hotel in Torquay. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled Head Pastry Chef, developing your craft in a supportive and professional environment.

About the Role:

• Full-time position within a busy hotel kitchen

• Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to prepare and present high-quality desserts and baked goods

• Opportunity to contribute ideas for menus and seasonal offerings

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, stock control, and kitchen organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role (pastry background essential)

• Passion for patisserie and attention to detail

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude

• Ability to work well within a team
