An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 9-12 month’s fixed term period to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking practice.

We are looking for a Part-time Practice Nurse with a caring nature and proactive professional manner to provide a high standard of nursing care for our patients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Nurse with good communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a strong and effective nursing team.

The successful applicant will be qualified to undertake all general treatment room tasks and would benefit from knowledge around chronic disease management.

To provide assessment, treatment, screening, health education services and advice, working in accordance with set protocols, guidelines and NMC Code of Conduct.

 

Provide nursing service/treatments to patients independently or in participation with general practitioners with reference to aforesaid agreed protocols and guidelines.

 

To undertake other duties as and when required

Please note that there is a requirement to be flexible and help to provide cover for holidays and sickness.
