To determine and formalise targets for the sales team and ensure accurate business forecasting and robust performance management processes in place To build and foster strong customer relationships ensuring that regular relevant customer contact is carried out within the team and appropriate escalations are in place Monitor and develop action plans to deliver improvement in the external customer satisfaction metrics To ensure all STILL Group sales tools are utilised appropriately and resulting management information reviewed and actions in place for continuous improvement To assist with the launch of new products & services into the market ensuring the sales division are trained as appropriate with the key data Be an active link between the frontline and sales support office, to ensure processes, completeness, accuracy, timeliness, turnaround of order – delivery & cash and customer satisfaction is optimised Responsible for all Human Resource requirements within the team, working at all times in conjunction with the UK HR team To be a member of the STILL UK Senior Leadership Team and contribute to ensure Company Goals & Objectives both short & long term are acheived
To deliver in the role effectively you need to be actively contributing towards the overall leadership of the business by engaging positively and supportively with colleagues in other business streams and putting the overall success of the business ahead of any departmental priorities.
