As a Mecca Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. You’ll lead from the front, supporting and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience. From managing shifts to building strong relationships with your colleagues, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and energetic environment.

Additional Information

Team leader for our F&B department. Running a busy kitchen and bar, ensuring all areas of our catering offering meet both our customer's exacting standards and business regulations. Managing stock levels and staff training with the F&B department, as well as working within the wider business to support the management team.
