Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and insightful reports for clients.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Support the audit process with necessary documentation.
- Maintain the general ledger with up-to-date financial data.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Engage with clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication and support.
- Stay informed on the latest accounting standards and regulations.
Skills
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Excel.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and manage your time effectively.
