About the Role

We’re now looking for a passionate and people-focused Bar Supervisor / Team Leader to join our hospitality team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to help shape the service experience in one of Exmouth’s most exciting venues, this could be your next step.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading shifts and supporting day-to-day front-of-house operations

• Motivating, mentoring, and guiding team members to deliver excellent customer service

• Ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members

• Assisting with training, rotas, stock control, and cash handling

• Acting as the go-to person for customer queries and resolving minor issues confidently

• Supporting the Unit Manager with compliance, service standards, and team development

What We’re Looking For

• Hospitality or customer service experience

• Strong leadership skills and confidence to supervise a team

• Calm, organised, and positive attitude in a busy setting

• Flexible approach – able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

• A team player who’s passionate about great service and making people feel welcome

Desirable (but not essential):

• Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate

• First Aid at Work qualification

• Familiarity with till systems and bar/café operations
