We're recruiting part-time and full-time carers to support our clients at home. We have work available in Torquay and surrounding areas.

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights.

Your role as a Community Carer

Supporting clients in their homes, you’ll ensure they feel valued, comfortable, and supported. Your role may include:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and continence support.
• Helping with meal preparation and medication management.
• Supporting with light housekeeping and errands.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.

At District Health we focus on continuity of care, so you’ll work in set areas and with regular clients, helping you build meaningful relationships and deliver exceptional support.

Who we’re looking for

• Drivers required: A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
• No experience necessary: We provide all the training and guidance you need.
