We are currently seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Contracts Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Contract Administration Team, supporting the entire life cycle of our truck contracts. This includes everything from contract creation through to termination and logistical coordination. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator with a strong background in data entry, customer service, and working to tight deadlines and monthly targets in a fast-paced environment.

While our national Contracts team is large and holds monthly team meetings, you will also work closely with your regional team based at your local depot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing finance contracts for truck sales

  • Administering contract changes, extensions, pay-as-you-go agreements, and relocations

  • Handling RPI price adjustments and striving to meet monthly billing targets

  • Managing the contract query log and block billing to ensure smooth cash flow

  • Coordinating the termination of truck contracts, including arranging third-party transport logistics

  • Scheduling truck collections and deliveries to and from customer sites and depots across the UK

  • Communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure clear and timely updates

  • Setting up Maintenance (Service) and LOLER (inspection) plans to meet Health & Safety compliance standards

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, data-entry, or customer service role

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

  • Confidence working with systems (SAP experience is a plus; full training provided)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
