Hours: 8:30 am - 18:00 Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000 basic salary per annum (Plus an OTE of £8,000.00!)

City West Country is looking for a confident, proactive Corporate Sales Specialist with prior automotive sales experience to join our high-performing, customer-focused team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our experienced account managers to streamline processes and provide essential support.​

What you'll be doing:

You will be responsible for creating and managing vehicle leasing quotes for corporate clients using the Leaselink platform. The role ensures quotes are accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs and company policies. Key duties include responding to client enquiries, coordinating with manufacturers and internal teams for vehicle availability, maintaining detailed records, and staying up to date with vehicle models and leasing practices.

  • Generate and manage vehicle leasing quotations for corporate clients using the Leaselink platform, ensuring all quotes are accurate and reflect current pricing, policy, and client requirements.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries from corporate leasing companies, providing expert advice on vehicle options, leasing terms.
  • Document all transactions, communications, and agreements within the Leaselink platform, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in regular training to stay current on Leaselink updates, new vehicle offerings, and best practices in corporate vehicle leasing.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for someone with a track record of success in automotive sales who can bring confidence, energy and professionalism to our operation.

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in vehicle sales (preferred) 
  • IT literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and web-based applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients
  • High attention to detail and accuracy ​
