One of our key initiatives is the Girls' Football Pathway, a programme designed to nurture and develop the most talented young female footballers in the region. Covering age groups from Under-10s through to Under-18s, our aim is to provide a high-quality environment that helps players reach their full potential both on and off the pitch.
