We’re Home Instead West Exeter and Teignbridge, a family-run team supporting older adults to stay independent in their own homes. Right now, we’re looking for compassionate people in Dawlish and surrounding villages to join us in a flexible, part-time role that puts people first.

Whether you're free a few mornings a week, only available after the school run, or just want to work weekends – we’ll build a schedule around you.

What the role involves:

• Supporting individuals in their own homes with everyday routines

• Light household tasks and meal preparation

• Companionship and building genuine connections

• Providing reassurance and confidence-building support

• Personal care (training provided)

What we offer:

• £14.63–£15.19 per hour (including paid holiday)

• Work locally – reduce your travel and do more of what matters

• Consistent, regular clients so you can build lasting relationships

• Full training and ongoing development

• A friendly, supportive team behind you

• Must have a UK driving licence and access to your own car
