Base salary £46,062. OTE - £65,000 to £75,000

As our Holiday Homes Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of making that magic happen. This isn’t just about hitting targets; it’s about guiding a team to success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and turning holiday dreams into reality.
You’ll be the resilient strength behind a buzzing sales office - planning marketing campaigns, managing your team like a pro, and making sure every customer feels valued and excited about their new holiday home. From park tours to post-purchase care, you’ll own every step of the journey, making sure it’s smooth, memorable and above all, enjoyable.
To be successful in this role, you must be prepared to work during peak times, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
