The Role

As a Hot Tub Assistant, you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring that our onsite hot tubs are clean, hygienic, and operating smoothly for our visitors. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you'll perform your duties to an exceptional standard, providing excellent customer service and upholding the highest health and safety standards.

On a typical day, you will conduct essential health and safety checks, as well as drain, clean, and refill the hot tubs in our guest accommodations. Following specified procedures, you will accurately monitor water levels and record relevant information. Additionally, you will address and resolve general hot tub maintenance issues reported by guests and colleagues, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for all our guests.

We will give you training and support, but there are a couple of things we need:

  • A clean driving license is preferred
  • Ability to work Monday and Friday with some flexibility is essential
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • A basic understanding of health and safety best practices (training provided).
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or hot tub servicing is desirable and would be an advantage.
  • Training in hot tub operation and water testing can be provided through our professional provider, Johnsons.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, approachable, and professional attitude.

Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and become part of a team where your contributions truly matter. We can't wait to meet you!
