LED Group, a charitable trust dedicated to health, wellbeing, and quality of life throughout East Devon, is looking for enthusiastic Lifeguards to join the team at Exmouth Leisure Centre—home to a 25-metre pool, state-of-the-art gym, and an exciting climbing wall.

Your Impact

• Ensure Safety: Supervise all swimming activities, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
• Support & Assist: Enforce pool regulations and provide friendly assistance to customers whenever required.
• Act in Emergencies: Respond swiftly and professionally, administering first aid and CPR when needed.
• Maintain Excellence: Conduct routine pool maintenance checks and uphold high standards of cleanliness and water quality.
• Team Spirit: Collaborate with colleagues to nurture a positive, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere.

About You

• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong swimming skills and confidence in deep water
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Passion for outstanding customer service and safety
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
