We’re looking for a proactive and organised Business and
People Support professional to assist our General Manager at Finlake Holiday
Park.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same,
you’ll be at the heart of park life, supporting with operational coordination,
financial administration and people processes across departments.

What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of
the park and the coordination of operational activities.
- Assist with financial administration, including
checking invoices, chasing purchase orders, reviewing P&Ls and supporting debt collection tasks.
- Liaise with departments and support office teams (Finance,
HR, Purchase Ledger, Commercial) to ensure accurate information and forms are
submitted on time.
- Support people processes including contract changes,
accommodation forms, and induction coordination.
- Help ensure compliance by gathering information for IR35
assessments and legal or audit requests.
- Assist with recruitment at team leader and management
level, including initial vetting and interview coordination.
- Provide administrative support during meetings such as
disciplinaries or absence hearings, including notetaking where required.
- Offer cross-departmental support during peak times or when Heads
of Department are on leave.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in administrative or operational support, ideally within
hospitality, leisure, or tourism.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with financial figures and documents such as
invoices and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and confident handling multiple
priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and
Word.
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
with professional discretion when handling sensitive information.
