Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Bonus scheme up to £1,050 per month
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Our client is a leading Accident Repair Centre with branches across the UK, known for delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Panel Technician to join their skilled team in Barnstaple.
Role Overview
As a Panel Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out efficient and accurate vehicle panel repairs and replacements, ensuring that every vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition. You’ll be working in a modern, well-equipped workshop as part of a professional and supportive bodyshop team.
Key Responsibilities
Repair and replace vehicle panels to manufacturer standards
Complete all work efficiently and to the highest quality
Collaborate with Paint Technicians and MET Technicians
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Follow all company and health & safety guidelines
About You
Proven experience as a Panel Technician, Bodyshop Technician, or Accident Repair Technician
ATA accreditation preferred but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and time management skills
