What You’ll Do
As a Sales & After
Sales Administrator, you will:
- Support
the Sales Team by coordinating key tasks
throughout the sales and handover journey
- Liaise
with customers and suppliers to deliver
exceptional service and timely responses
- Coordinate
essential pre-handover arrangements, including
cleaning, utility connections, snagging, and inspections
- Prepare
and manage all sales documentation, including
warranties, policies, and compliance paperwork
- Conduct
pre-delivery inspections and support with
new owner snagging reports
- Assist
with after-sales queries and ensure swift
resolution to maintain owner satisfaction
- Provide
administrative cover at reception when
required
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-focused
and approachable team member who can balance efficiency with empathy. Ideally,
you’ll have:
- Previous
administration experience, preferably in sales
or customer support
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- A
confident telephone manner and the
ability to resolve queries professionally
- Strong
organisational skills with a proactive
and solutions-focused approach
- Good
IT skills, including Microsoft Office and
database systems
- Ability
to work independently while also
contributing to a team effort
