Are you a seasoned customer service professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re growing our team in Exeter and looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to lead by example, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless, positive experience from start to finish.
Provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
Oversee and support the daily operation of the customer service desk
Manage complex customer queries and escalations with confidence and care
Coordinate appointment scheduling and workshop bookings efficiently
Maintain high standards of CRM data accuracy and workflow tracking
Assist with training and mentoring junior advisors
Ensure the reception area remains welcoming and professional
Liaise with technicians and service teams to keep customers updated on vehicle progress
Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
Significant experience in a customer service or front-of-house role, ideally in the automotive sector
Proven leadership skills and a proactive approach to team support
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Calm and professional under pressure, with a customer-first mindset
Automotive industry experience is highly desirable
