Senior Customer Service Advisor – Exeter

Are you a seasoned customer service professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re growing our team in Exeter and looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to lead by example, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless, positive experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone

  • Oversee and support the daily operation of the customer service desk

  • Manage complex customer queries and escalations with confidence and care

  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and workshop bookings efficiently

  • Maintain high standards of CRM data accuracy and workflow tracking

  • Assist with training and mentoring junior advisors

  • Ensure the reception area remains welcoming and professional

  • Liaise with technicians and service teams to keep customers updated on vehicle progress

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Significant experience in a customer service or front-of-house role, ideally in the automotive sector

  • Proven leadership skills and a proactive approach to team support

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Calm and professional under pressure, with a customer-first mindset

  • Automotive industry experience is highly desirable
