We’re looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer to join our team - crafting beautiful, commercially effective websites and optimising user experience across every touchpoint, from front-end to ads and emails.


What you’ll bring

Required:

  • 4–5+ years’ experience in digital design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce front-end work
  • Excellent skills in typography, layout and colour theory
  • UX awareness: you understand how to convert browsers into buyers
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, collaborative mindset
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport with clients and explain design decisions clearly
  • Interest in ecommerce, social and digital marketing


Desirable:

  • Advanced Figma techniques (variables, design tokens, responsive layouts, animation)
  • Animation tools (e.g. Lottie, After Effects)
  • Full design lifecycle experience: discovery, wireframes, UI, QA
  • Experience customising Shopify themes
  • Interest in how AI can enhance design workflow and UX
  • Agency or in-house ecommerce experience


What you’ll be doing

  • Designing high-fidelity ecommerce sites for brands across fashion, tech and FMCG
  • Creating user personas, journeys, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes
  • Improving UX, revenue and brand interaction through smart design
  • Collaborating closely with clients, PMs and developers throughout each project
  • Designing digital campaign assets (ads, emails) for retained clients
  • Contributing to internal design standards, systems and discussions
