Your Role as Sous Chef

• Cook the freshest seafood in the country! bought directly from Brixham fish market and delivered to your kitchen on the same day! 
• Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence
• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and service
• Maintain high standards in food safety, stock control, and cost management
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
