You will 

• Cook world-class seafood caught and delivered the same day—literally the freshest seafood on the planet
• Lead and energise a talented kitchen team to deliver consistent excellence
• Support the Head Chef with operations, service, and getting the best out of every shift
• Keep food safety, stock, and cleanliness tip top 
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create unforgettable guest experiences

• Competitive salary £37000 per year 
• £3000 Salcombe bonus (half paid at 6 months, the rest at 12 months service) 
• £2000 Welcome bonus 
• Paid overtime for every hour over contracted hours 
• Weekly tips via Tip Jar (Up to £5K/year)
• Refer-a-friend: £250 FOH / £500 Chef roles
