Hours: 30.83 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks per year)

About the role 

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Build strong, positive relationships with young people to support their personal and emotional development.
• Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver a supportive and engaging learning experience.
• Assist in delivering tailored learning programmes that meet individual needs.
• Be a positive role model for our pupils, promoting confidence, independence, and resilience.
