We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Supervisor for our Mutley Plain Studio.
Fully flexible contract, offering a minimum of 28 hours per week. This position will be covering days, evenings and every other weekend. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness.
What we are looking for:
Essential
- English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill
- At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
- Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education
- Able to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
- Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges
Desirable
- Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
- Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience
