Be part of our Community Health and Development Team, driving fairer, safer, and more inclusive communities. The team brings together portfolios in access and inclusion, positive ageing, and health and wellbeing, and plays a highly visible, community-facing role built on strong relationships with local groups, networks, and individuals.
As the Team Leader Health and Equity, you’ll be at the heart of community-led change, working alongside local groups, networks, and individuals to turn ideas into action. You’ll help deliver community-led and place-based initiatives, while supporting key strategic projects. With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, you’ll ensure community voices shape programs and policies that are inclusive and responsive to local needs.
