We are looking for someone to come and assist our accounts department for 3 months to start asap. The aim of the role is to provide administrative support to the accounts department. This would be an ideal role for someone looking for full-time work or to be done part-time over 5 days.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stationery orders
- Production & Distribution of customer statements.
- Covering the phones
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Issuing refund cheques with accompanying letters
- General admin housekeeping such as filing and archiving
- Supporting the Accounts Administrator as needed with purchase ledger
- Booking hotels as required for trade shows attendance.
- Any other duties as required.
Qualifications
Maths and English at GCSE grade c/4
Personal Specification
Essential
- Administrative experience
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft packages
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
Desirable
Contract term:
