About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and creatively driven Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production of our photography and video content. This hands-on role is responsible for turning creative concepts into compelling imagery that reflects the seasonal vision and stays true to our brand. You will own every aspect of production - from shoot planning through to final asset delivery - ensuring all content is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget, to the highest standard.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a natural ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure. You will work closely with a range of internal teams and external creatives, taking full ownership of studio shoots and campaign productions alike.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
- Own the entire production lifecycle for all photography and video, from shot list creation to final file delivery
- Schedule and manage all studio and campaign shoots in line with the critical path
- Create and manage detailed shot lists, photography and video briefs, call sheets and shoot schedules
- Coordinate closely with external photographers, videographers, stylists, set builders and other contractors as required
- Work with internal teams to understand seasonal content needs across brand, product development, marketing and ecommerce
- Maintain an efficient and safe working studio environment, ensuring samples, props and equipment are well organised and stored
- Oversee the preparation and readiness of all samples for shoots, liaising with product development and visual merchandising to mitigate any clashes, escalating any issues proactively
- Ensure the studio set-up evolves to meet growing production demands and reflects the brand’s creative standards
Creative and Styling
- Develop moodboards and visual references in line with the seasonal creative direction
- Lead styling for studio shoots, and support styling on location shoots
- Oversee set design and brief studio builds, managing contractors to deliver to spec and deadline
Post-Production
- Manage all post-production workflows, including reviews, amendments and sign off, colour matching products and grade alignment across assets
- Ensure assets are named, stored and shared following consistent file management conventions
- Work with wider marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all assets in readiness for launch
Stakeholder and Budget Management
- Maintain strong working relationships with external creatives and freelancers, upholding high standards and a positive collaborative approach
- Manage production budgets including POs, invoices and reconciliations
- Support on special projects including social content and new store openings as required
About You
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in end-to-end studio and campaign production, ideally in interiors
- Strong understanding of photography and videography practices and workflows
- Proven experience managing high-volume content shoots to tight deadlines
- Confident creating shoot documentation, including briefs, shot lists, schedules, and call sheets
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive problem solver with a calm, can-do attitude
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable styling products and designing sets to brief
- Detail-focused, with a strong visual eye and a commitment to brand consistency
- Able to work flexibly and collaboratively, adapting to changing needs
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car - essential due to studio location
